and amount equal to 1 months rent for tenant placement.

 

Can I use my own handyman?

Yes, you do have the option of doing your own property maintenance.

Do you only do residential management?

Yes, we are only doing residental management at this time.

 

What are your office house?

We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  The maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day for emergencies.

 

How long will it take to secure a tenant?

The rental market is affected by supply and demand, in addition to price, location, and condition.  Our average marketing time during the pandemic is about 6 weeks to secure a tenant and accept a dholding fee if all factors are in line.
