TENANT PLACEMENT SERVICE

  • Client consultation to obtain all proof and keys if necessary
  • Contact the tenant to inform them that a eviction proceeding will be filed
  • Post the Notice To Vacate
  • File the case with the appropriate Justice of the Peace Court
  • Attend the eviction hearing and present the owner's case
  • If the eviction hearing is reset, we will attend this hearing
  • File the writ of possession with the constable
  • Be present with the constable to enter the property
  • Send locksmith to the property after the constables have entered the property
  • Take 6 to 10 photos of the property to provide owner a glimpse of property condition
  • Send the owner the keys as well as photos of the property via electronic album

and amount equal to 1 months rent for tenant placement

 

Can I use my own handyman?

Yes, you do have the option of doing your own property maintenance.

 

What areas do you service?

We service from Hiram to Hampton and everywhere in between.

 

Do you only do residential management?

No, we also do commercial leases.

 

What are your office house?

The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.  The maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day for emergencies.

 

How long will it take to secure a tenant?

The rental market is affected by supply and demand, in addition to price, location, and condition.  Our average marketing time is about 3 weeks to secure a tenant and accept a deposit if all factors are in line
